Hi, I'm Nadia!

I travel a lot, ask too many questions, and almost always end up talking to strangers.

I've never been interested in ticking countries off a list just to say I’ve been. Instead, the most important for me are the hidden streets you so happen to stumble across, random talks in the most bizarre scenario with people you’ve just met, the family-run restaurant you almost walked past, or that fleeting moment where a place makes you stop, look around and you just can’t quite believe it exists.

Somewhere along the way, documenting all of this became just as rewarding as experiencing them. What started as taking photos of insects here and there when I was very young, flourished into a love for photography, storytelling and creating truthful travel content that people can use, and rely on.

The guides you'll find here aren't copied from guidebooks or written to convince you that every destination is "a hidden gem." They're based on my own experiences: what I loved, what maybe shocked me, what I may try to do differently and minor things that would have likely been useful to know prior.

Alongside sharing my travels, I work with hotels, destinations and travel brands to create photography, video and written content that captures not just what a place looks like, but what it feels like to experience it.
